Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide various optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete all your needs, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible, many attachments have been designed and developed like booms, winches, and rotating fork carriages, to allow the forklift to position materials more precisely. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures so as to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New attachments and products are being engineered and made all the time and will debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. For instance, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
